Once an order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the postal carrier (e.g., USPS). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’re happy to resend it — just cover the new shipping cost. If it’s marked as undeliverable and does not return to us, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
